Most fireplaces are chosen from a catalogue. Yours is drawn. Our designers in Denmark start from your floor plan, your walls and the way you gather, then shape the fire around them.

The Denver F6 automatic burner is developed and built by Decoflame in Denmark. Light it from the control panel, the remote or the Decoflame app, or connect it to your smart home with an add-on module.

Decoflame was founded in 2008 in Vestbjerg, near Aalborg in northern Denmark. Around 30 people design, engineer and hand-build every fireplace there, some 2,500 a year. Decoflame UAE brings that work to the Gulf.

Is it real fire?
Bioethanol fireplaces burn a real, living flame. Water vapour (Hybrid Mist) fireplaces create a flame effect from water mist lit by LEDs: it looks alive, but there is no fire and no heat.
Do I need a chimney or a gas connection?
No. Bioethanol burns without smoke, soot or ash, so there is no chimney or flue. Hybrid Mist runs on electricity and demineralised water. Automatic burners need a power connection, which we plan with you. As with any open flame, ventilate the room while a bioethanol fireplace is lit.
Bioethanol or water vapour: which suits the Gulf?
Choose bioethanol for the warmth and presence of a real flame, on winter evenings or in an outdoor majlis. Choose water vapour for atmosphere all year without heat, or close to children. Many homes use both, and we advise on this in the consultation.
Is it safe with children?
Hybrid Mist is cool to the touch and has no open flame. Our automatic bioethanol burners have an automatic emergency shut-off, a spill sensor and sensors for CO₂ level and overheating. As with any fire, children should always be supervised.
Can it really be any size?
Yes. Everything is made in our own factory, so length, shape, casing and finish follow your room. The Denver F6 burner alone ranges from 62 cm to 3.92 m.
How long does it take?
It depends on the design. We confirm the production and delivery schedule together with your drawings.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Because nothing is standard. Each fireplace is quoted once we understand the room, the size and the finish. The consultation is without obligation.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Decoflame UAE is the official Decoflame dealer in the UAE. Tell us where your home or project is and we will confirm delivery and installation for your city.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every fireplace carries a 24-month warranty on materials and workmanship from the date of purchase, for homes, hotels and yachts, provided it is installed and serviced by our authorised team. Any claim is made through us, here in the Gulf.
